Honored to receive a Highly commended at the Sarina Art Extravaganza for my Dry point etching "Hibiscus Cycle". The Sarina Art Extravaganza has been an annual event for 21 years. It is one of regional Australia's most respected and exciting visual arts exhibition and competition.

This portrait was drawn directly from my imagination . I find collagraphs free and liberating and foremost experimental. Though a underlying sense of melancholia is formed, as the portrait becomes an allegory of a disposable society.
